If you haven’t replaced your bathroom vanity or let alone the faucet for any reason you will find yourself quite overwhelmed at the vast choices you have to brush your teeth in the morning. Bathrooms to me have always been a haven of peace from the outside world even if you live with that world on the other side of the door.
So, faucets have been playing catch up with the rest of the house.
Bathroom faucets come in more finishes than grandma’s chrome (no shade on Grandma’s) but you may be in awe when you see them in finishes of polished brass, brushed nickel, and the new matte black. You saw them in magazines, on home improvement shows and now they trickled down to us mere mortals to upgrade what we got.
I would always keep metals in the same whatever you have in the shower and tub, bring it over to the sink you may not realize until you change it. That simple move makes a significant unconscionable impact. This includes the knobs or drawer pulls you have on your vanities cabinets doors and drawers in the same room.
But, of course, do what tickles your fancy.
