Smart homes are already here but not on the scale we will see in the near future. Understand you are already being introduced to this lifestyle. Remember “Alexa”. She is going to be very popular or she may be replace by something more sophisticated to run your whole home. Bluetooth is connecting us all and that’s may also be upgraded to something more powerful to keep everything connected.
We are slowly are being herded into this way of living and we all don’t see it yet. Just the tech guys and gals whom most likely already living this lifestyle. It was so futuristic to hear that Bill Gates whole house was wired up and he had that over a decade ago, so now its our turn.
Smart Homes will be the norm.

Understand that this will also make our plumbers more tech savvy if they plan to keep up with Joneses. Like our cars that are still at the factories and not at the dealer, they will need the computer guy and not the grease monkey. This is not to alarm you but to bring awareness of what you will be looking at when you are ready to upgrade into the future to make your home “sellable”.
